陈瑜,教授,博士生导师,“百人计划”学术骨干

    长期从事隧道工程、地铁工程、地下工程支护、人工智能、数值仿真模型计算方法开发及理论、岩土多场多相耦合、工程韧性支护机理、工程检测等方面的研究。在城市地下空间开发、岩体工程、山岭隧道、大型跨海隧道等方面富有科研和实践经验,科研成果得到国内外同行的广泛认可,与海外高校和工业届保持紧密的科研合作关系。

    本科、硕士毕业于中南大学(导师:曹平教授),曾获全额博士奖学金资助就读于Norwegian University of Science and Technology(挪威科技大学),师从挪威科学院院士、国际岩石力学与岩体工程学会副主席、欧洲岩石力学与岩体工程学会主席Charlie Chunlin Li(李春林)教授。曾赴新加坡南洋理工大学Nanyang Technological University交流(指导教授:Zhiye Zhao教授,南洋理工大学地下空间工程中心主任),荣获国家优秀博士留学生奖(全世界奖励500名优秀博士生)。博士毕业后受聘于丹麦Ramboll国际工程咨询科研集团(国际土木工程咨询集团排名第10位),在隧道部门担任高级咨询专家(正式固定职位/Permanent Position),回国后曾在中南大学工作。曾入选中国博士后科学基金资助者选介(全国百名优秀入选者),先后在国内外主持或承担多项与隧道工程、地下工程相关的科研课题,在国内外知名刊物上发表学术论文并担任期刊的科学编辑、中青年编委与审稿人。

    Prof. Yu Chen has long been engaged in research related to tunnel engineering, metro engineering, underground structural support, artificial intelligence applications in civil engineering, development of numerical simulation models and theories, multi-field and multi-phase coupling in geotechnics, resilient support mechanisms, and engineering monitoring and diagnostics. He possesses extensive research and practical experience in the development of urban underground space, rock mass engineering, mountainous tunnels, and large-scale subsea tunnels. His scientific achievements have been widely recognised by peers both in China and internationally, and he maintains close research collaborations with overseas universities and industrial partners.

    He obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Central South University (supervised by Prof. Ping Cao), and was awarded a full doctoral scholarship to study at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where he was mentored by Prof. Charlie Chunlin Li, a Fellow of the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters, Vice President of the International Society for Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering, and President of the European Rock Mechanics Society. He also conducted academic exchange at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, under the supervision of Prof. Zhiye Zhao, Director of the NTU Centre for Urban Underground Space. 

    Upon completing his PhD, Prof. Chen joined Ramboll Group in Denmark (ranked 10th among global civil engineering consultancies), where he held a permanent position as a senior consultant at tunnel department. After returning to China, he worked at Central South University. He was selected for the “China Postdoctoral International Exchange Program Introduction Project” and listed among the top 100 outstanding postdoctoral fellows by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He has led or participated in multiple national and provincial-level research projects related to tunnel and underground engineering, and has published extensively in leading international journals. He also serves as editor for several academic journals.
